Mobility in Tarquinia, Italy (21-25 March 2022)
Day 2

On the 22nd of April, we visited Rome and learned about Roman history. We were guided to Palatino Hill, the Roman Forum, the famous squares of the Italian capital (Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna), Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon. Our guides were the Italian students who had prepared short presentations for every place we visited.
Day 3

On the 23d of April, we visited the Archaeological Museum of Tarquinia. We learned about the Etruscans, an ancient people whose civilization reached its height in the 6th century B.C. We read Etruscan inscriptions and learned about their alphabet. We saw sarcophagus, vessels and other objects they used.
