Our mobility in Cyprus

Our mobility in Cyprus took place from the 23rd till th 29th of February 2020. Cyprus, Germany and Greece participated in the mobility because the Italian team did not manage to travel due the coronavirus. During our mobility we hade the opportunity to learn about the medieval past of Nicosia and the illicit trade of antiquities. We visited Nicosia, the last divided capital of Europe, Larnaca, Pafos and Limassol. We were guided at the historical centre of Nicosia, ancient Idalion, Kourion and Pafos by the Cypriot students, the Cypriot colleagues, archaeologists and experts. The students learned about the natural, intangible and tangible heritage of Cyprus and discussed about the illicit trade if antiquities. It was a unique experience!
